Orders
You can order our products online (directly on the website), by email or by phone. Telephone orders will be taken between 10am 05pm from Monday to Saturday. We recommend ordering online using the „Add to cart” method as it is the quickest and most convenient way. By pressing the Add to cart button, the product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart.
Once all the products have been added to the shopping cart, you need to enter the following data to finalize your order:

After filling in all the data, please read and check that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of www.intellectcenter.md.
Order by phone
Please call 0683 87 426, a sales consultant will take your order. The call center service is available between 10am – 05pm from Monday to Saturday on weekdays.
Payment
You have three payment methods:
Payment by bank transfer.In the case of payment by bank transfer, please make your payment only after your order has been confirmed by telephone by the controller and you will receive the payment order at the e-mail address indicated. In the payment details of the bank transfer it is obligatory to mention the order number in order to allocate the correct amount and to register the payment quickly. Once the bank transfer payment has been made, please send us a payment confirmation to intellectschool4you@gmail.com, within a maximum of 24 hours.
The bank account is: IBAN MD30VI022242000000385MDL, opened at the Bank VICTORIABANK JSC. The beneficiary is INTELLECT SCHOOL LLC.
The goods are delivered after crediting our account with the full amount.
Payment by bank card, you can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete security. The cards accepted for payments are VISA (Classic and Electron), MASTERCARD , MAESTRO (if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code).
Whatever currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei at your bank’s exchange rate.
For bank card payments, the transaction will appear on the paying customer’s bank statement as „INTELLECT SCHOOL SRL”
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
LDelivery in Chisinau city and suburbs is free for orders exceeding 500 lei. Within the Republic of Moldova orders are delivered via POȘTA MOLDOVA and delivery costs 25 MDL.
Abroad orders are delivered by POST OFFICE or by a carrier agreed by the customer and under specific conditions agreed with the customer prior to delivery of the goods.
Receipt of products
Upon receipt of the parcel, if you notice any damage or if it is unsealed, you can return it to the courier. They will draw up a report at no cost to you.
Return of products
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no. 34/2014.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded on the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 15 days after the return is accepted.
Paying back the money
The refund of the amounts paid by the Customer will be made within a maximum of 15 days, exclusively by bank transfer to the bank account provided by the Customer.
INTELLECT SCHOOL SRL assumes no responsibility for erroneous provision of bank details by the Customer.
Prices, discounts and other offers
The pricing policy, discounts and other offers on the www.intellectcenter.md website is determined entirely by INTELLECT SCHOOL SRL. The final (purchase) price, as per the terms and conditions, may be changed by the supplier without notice to you, and if there is a change, it will be applied, but you will be contacted beforehand for confirmation or cancellation.
All discounts and offers are valid while stocks last.
(The warehouse stock is not linked to the website, so stocks are always flexible!!!)
